What is the 7-day trial - how does it work?

We offer a 7-day trial for the eBook, Right Man Report and Cycles of Saturn, so you can have a full week to try them out at no risk. Your card will be charged when you place your order, but you have 7 days after your purchase to let us know if you’d like a refund. This way, you have a whole week to review your purchase and decide if it's right for you. If you decide NOT to keep it, you can cancel at any time for a full refund.

How do I cancel my purchase and receive a full refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without hassle. We accept returns for digitally downloaded products (reports, eBooks) within 30 days (and require no actual “return” of anything, since these are digital files and not hard products), and accept returns for CD/DVD programs within 90 days. CD/DVD products must be in the condition you received them and include the original packing slip. We highly recommend you return the product using a tracking number.

All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD), and we regret that no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates can be made.

IMPORTANT EBOOKS/REPORTS RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

If you decide to return an eBook or digital report, please let us know your full name and order number (or email used to complete the purchase). You don't need to send the product back - just delete it from your computer. We'll process your cancellation or refund within 24 hours of receiving your request – perhaps a bit longer if you request a return on a weekend or holiday.

IMPORTANT CD/DVD RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

If you decide to return a CD or DVD program, please take a few minutes to package all of it back up so it will be in the condition you received it.

Include your original packing slip with your product. This contains your name and order number so that your refund can be processed quickly.

Obtain a tracking number from the shipper you choose so you can verify your returned shipment. Please send us your tracking number through our Contact page.

Do I have to pay shipping/handling fees?

If you live in the continental United States, your shipping is completely free. If you live outside of the U.S, a small shipping fee will apply on physical products. You'll see the final price, including shipping fees, in the cash register before you submit your order.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

You'll be able to easily identify any of your orders with us on your credit card statement. Just look for "Love Is In The Stars" as the name of the vendor/merchant.

Are there any costs when requesting a refund?

If you decide not to keep something you buy from us, you'll only have to pay any shipping costs involved with sending it back to us. There are no other costs involved and no surprises. Any refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned product and you'll receive a confirmation email that your refund has been processed.
