The Stars of Charlotte Elizabeth Diana – Like Her Grandmother And Great-Grandmother In More Than Name…
I’m sure you heard the exciting news that William and Kate’s baby finally came on Saturday, just in time for the big boxing match…
And in keeping with her every oh-so-seemingly-perfect step, Kate gave birth to a beautiful baby girl!
(You know – you have the male heir, and then the darling female “spare.”)
Charlotte Elizabeth Diana is the first girl born in the direct line of the throne in sixty-five years, and the first to be born while having a great-grandparent on the throne in 118!
As for her importance in other ways, check out this crazy quote from London’s newspaper, The Telegraph:
“The new baby heralds an era of girl power in the royal family… And while Anne, the Princess Royal, born in 1950 in an age before the internet, was something of a “sporty spice”, going on to compete in the Olympic Games, the new princess is already being viewed as likely to be a more glamorous, more romantic leading lady.
“Her every move, her every dress and her every hairstyle is certain to be scrutinized, studied and copied across the globe. Welcome to life as a princess in the 21st century. One retail expert has already estimated that the new princess will be worth in the region of £150 million a year to the economy – mainly as a benefit to the fashion and beauty industry.
Before she is even 10, she will be worth a billion pounds.”
(In case you don’t know how much that is, it’s a freaking LOT.)
It’s for reasons like these (especially that last part) that many people are disgusted with the royals and everything they represent…
(My own hubby came home spitting nails about them the last time I picked him up at the airport from a trip to London – their extravagance and popularity for being essentially “reality stars” annoyed him to no end… But hey, his great-grandparents hail from Liverpool and Ireland, so he’s allowed.)
As I explained when I wrote about her big brother almost two years ago now, Vedic philosophy is helpful for this.
It’s believed that we all are born into (are you ready for this?) a whopping ONE MILLION incarnations.
Knowing that, there’s no reason to begrudge anyone their ‘station’ or circumstances in this one. It’s merely their turn to have what they have and be who they are – just as it is yours…
So, hey – in ONE MILLION lifetimes odds are YOU, too, will be lauded with riches and the love of the masses… Perhaps you were a princess in your last lifetime, or you will be in your next, so there’s no reason to be a hater!
And maybe next time William and Kate and their darling children will live lives of quiet desperation like the rest of us… (kidding!).
But for now, Charlotte’s a lucky little lady, with a doting family and all the comforts a baby could want.
So, how will she fare with the eyes of the world watching her every move? And how will she get along with her big brother, and those oh-so-perfect parents of hers?
Let’s go to the astrological vault, shall we?
THE STARS OF BRITAIN’S NEWEST BABY STAR… SENSITIVE LIKE HER GRANDMOTHER, POWERFUL LIKE HER GREAT-GRANDMOTHER
England’s newest little rosebud is no wilting lily.
Oh, no sirree…
She’s quite the little powerhouse, but extremely sensitive at the same time.
According to the calculations of Vedic astrology, which differ from those of Western astrology by almost an entire sign, the new Princess is an Aries, with the rising sign of Gemini, and the Moon sign of Virgo.
Aries is one of the most powerful Sun signs possible (Aries is the Sun’s FAVORITE sign, where the Sun is considered “exalted” – which makes sense, given that her father, one of the things the Sun symbolizes, is in such an exalted position himself), but this isn’t the only reason she’ll be super strong, but also because she has Mars, the planet of courage and ambition, in the same sign.
Mars is also very powerful when in Aries, and this Mars/Sun combo will make her extremely motivated and dynamic – and athletic, like both of her parents.
Her extreme sensitivity is obvious for several reasons… Her chart actually has a “triple whammy” when it comes to this.
First, her “ruling planet” is in her twelfth house, the house of introversion and isolation.
Second, if we look beyond the “normal” twelve signs to her smaller, more specific twenty-seven Vedic signs (also known as “nakshatras”), we see that her rising sign is Ardra.
Ardra is symbolized by a tear drop, and is mythologically associated with rain storms.
People born with something significant in Ardra (the Sun, Moon, rising sign – or ruling planet) are stormy and prone to tears themselves. Oh gee, her grandmother, Princess Diana, had her Sun in this intense constellation…
(My favorite story of this involves a client of mine who rose to fame as an actress on a soap opera due to her amazing ability to cry on cue – something they had her do on a ridiculously regular basis… talk about channeling something challenging in a brilliant way!)
Next, adding to the fun is the fact that the wee one has was born when the Moon was situated in the same sign as Rahu, an eclipse point (also known as “the North node of the Moon”).
The Telegraph isn’t wrong – she WILL be watched with over the top avid enthusiasm as she grows into a woman. How do I know? The Moon in combination with either of the two eclipse points (there’s a South one, too, known as “Ketu”) is one of the most attractive and beguiling possible, seen in the charts of many a sex symbol and movie star!
(Like Brooke Shields, Catherine Zeta Jones, Michelle Pfeiffer – and again, her late grandma, Princess Diana!)
But it’s also one of the most emotional, causing a person to feel ABSOLUTELY everything to the highest possible degree (also a little “problem” of her iconic Grandma’s… Funny enough, I call this “the Princess and the Pea” syndrome when I see this in a chart – even if the person isn’t a princess…)
Not only that, but this Moon/Rahu combination can be found in her fourth house – the section of the chart that has to do with the emotions in the first place.
When Rahu is there, the same result occurs – a tendency to feel things to an extreme, and to literally ride a roller coaster of emotions.
It’s considered a negative combination, one of the more challenging for a person’s relationships.
Here’s a snippet about this combination in a report on a person’s “Relationship Capacity” called the “Chart Your Heart” report.
“Unfathomable Rahu is influencing your heart to a full measure – in this lifetime you are on the emotional ride of your existence. Learn how to drive Rahu, or else he will just take you where he wants, and he is not a nice chauffeur. When Rahu is in the heart, it’s crucial that you learn to be emotionally grounded, secure and how to trust life.
“Trusting life is, in fact, the most important thing that needs to be learned in order to have a good relationship. If you don’t trust life, if you don’t feel like life will work out for you and that life will take care of you, then how can you trust your man to love you? You can’t – instead the needs that remain insecure within yourself will sabotage your relationship and make it very difficult for a man, even a man that loves you more than life, to do his job of loving you.
“…Instead of needing a man, a drink, food, money or any such thing for your emotions to feed off of, learn to awaken the innate happiness that’s in your heart by exercising, making art, music, writing, meditating or learning something new, all of which stimulate the happiness producing chemicals in the brain so that you can feel good. Force yourself to do these things whenever unhappiness or depression plagues you until the time comes when happiness is your natural state of being, happiness that overcomes any neediness that can get in the way of the love that you really want.”
As if all of that weren’t enough, her Moon sign (the most significant thing to consider when looking at a person’s emotional nature) falls into one of the most unconventional, untraditional of them all, called Chitra, known as one of the nine “Demon” constellations – not for being evil (not at all!) but because they happily buck tradition, break the rules, and are unusually open minded.
(Hmmm… just like Grandma Diana again! Hence her affairs, her shocking cooperation in a tell-all about her life, her relationships with men of other cultures and religions – something the palace was NOT happy about!)
The “Demon” constellations cause a person to have to be true to themselves no matter what anyone – even the whole world – thinks, and to (again!) feel things more intensely than most.
Yup, Mom and Dad (and big bro) are going to have their hands full with this little one.
WE’LL THANK HER LUCKY STARS…
Fortunately, Charlotte’s got some great aspects to her nature, as well. The good news on all of this sensitivity is that also like Grandma Diana, the young blue-blood will take to charity work… Virgo is the sign of service, and having the Moon there will make her love helping others, and all that Mars energy will make her love fighting for causes and advocating for any “under dog”.
When not testing her limits or helping others, she’ll be tons of fun, utterly charming, and extremely talented, and although having a tendency to be moody, she’ll also have a lot of natural joy and optimism.
This can be seen by gorgeous Venus sitting in her first house (a.k.a. the rising sign or ascendant).
Venus is considered the most auspicious of all the planets, blessing us with the things humans tend to want most – material pleasures and sensual pleasures (wink, wink).
It’s thought that Venus in the first house has the power to offset 100,000 challenges in the chart! It’s the planet that gives us diplomacy, grace, sweetness, and humor.
Being placed in the sign of Gemini is excellent for taking some edge off of all that darn sensitivity in her chart. In fact, Venus here will help to make her downright goofy and funny.
Being the planet of beauty, Venus is “in charge” of things like fashion, jewelry, and luxuries…
So the young princess will quickly share her mother and grandmother’s flair for style and will no doubt quickly become a fashion icon, as well.
And it doesn’t hurt that her Vedic Moon sign (which indicates the face, and in her chart “rules” the second house, the house of the face) is called “the beautiful”.
Her family’s wealth is obvious, due to mighty Jupiter, the planet of abundance and finances, sitting in its most powerful sign (Cancer) in her second house, the section of the chart that has to with both the family and her own income. (Nice…)
Yes, we already know she won’t want for a thing… and with her Venusian, sensitive nature, she will take full advantage of that!
COMPATIBILITY WITH MOM, DAD, AND BIG BRO…
As for Charlotte’s relationships with her parents and older brother, she is nicely compatible with all of them…
For familial relationships, we don’t just look to compatibility, but also to the strength of those relationships as indicated by the chart itself… Not surprisingly, her house of the father is the most powerful, with the house of the older brother being the second most powerful.
She and Mom will be very close, too, actually almost too close – the Moon and Rahu in the fourth house, the house of the mother indicates an intense emotional attachment, and the potential for Duchess Kate to be overly protective and involved in the young one’s life.
Which, given how intense and dramatic the girl is going to be – not to mention famous – is going to be totally understandable… but this little independent, strong-willed Aries/Gemini/“Demon Moon” girl won’t like being under her mother’s (or anyone’s) thumb.
It’s interesting to note, that despite their mostly highly positive astrological compatibility, Kate does have the planet of restriction and suppression sitting within just a few degrees of the child’s Moon sign… Which means the little beauty will feel a lot of maternal pressure, and it will cause her a lot of frustration.
But she’s going to need some strong guidance, especially in the area of love!
Yes, Charlotte will prove to be more like her Auntie Pippa (who has had a lot of turbulence in love) and Grandma Diana again, than like the reserved, patient, “waity Katie”. (The nickname given to Kate when William took forever to propose and marry… This feisty, emotional one would never be able to stand that kind of dynamic with a man.)
ROMANTICALLY STAR-CROSSED…
I fear that topic will be the most challenging in her otherwise extremely blessed life – while I don’t think she’ll ever suffer for suitors, I think successfully partnering with a stable, supportive mate will be difficult for this wild child – especially when she’s young…
Her Vedic Sun sign called “Bharani” is one of the most sexual (symbolized by a woman’s private parts, even!), and being with Mars will make her impulsive… and Venus in Gemini – as well as the Moon in Virgo – will give her the tendency to be fickle, and capable of carrying on more than one relationship at a time (gasp!).
So, she’ll do her share of breaking hearts, no doubt…
But all of that is years and years down the line.
If I was to have the chance to speak with William and Kate about the young princess, I would happily tell them the best news of all… my favorite thing to see for parents!
The new royal has one of the most positive blessings in the stars for being always physically safe. (“Sound as a pound,” Austin Powers would say!) So, despite the fact that she’ll be constantly in the public eye, will likely travel a great deal, will garner all kinds of attention (wanted and otherwise), and is a part of a family that has many “haters” she will always be just fine.
And beguiling, playful, fashionable, and charitable – all while marching to her own fabulous drummer… able to handle whatever life throws her way.
I look forward to watching Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana and her fortunate family for years to come (sorry, honey!)… and wish them all good things.
If you’d like to know more about yourself or anyone in your life – (is he a “prince” of a guy, or a royal pain?) then check out your or their “Relationship Capacity” and discover if he’s all that he seems… and how to support yourself to be your best self here.
Is the man in your life charming, but unstable? Is he adorable, but too selfish to be a good partner? Find out before you’re in too deep.
Until next time, may God and His planets and stars shower you with love!
